待ち時間は長いのですが10時45分に並んで2番目でした。開店と同時に案内されて料理が出てくるのも早いし味はもちろん!よかったです. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

ラッフルズシティの入口にある行列が出来てたイタリアンなので、気になって寄ってみた。 pizzaが人気の店みたいで、シンガポールにしてはaffordableな価格でイタリアンをカジュアルに提供する店みたいなコンセプト。 ポルケッタを前菜、プリモにグリーチャをオーダー。なんと同時に運ばれて来たので接客サービス減点、、、 ポルケッタもイマイチ、肉の旨みが感じられない。残念だったのは、グリーチャはパスタがオーバークックでしかも、運ばれて来た時から熱々ではなく緩かったので、味は3に違い4かな。まぁ、pizzaを食べてないから評価は完全には出来ないが、、、あくまでカジュアルな値段並みの店だった。行列が出来てた理由が謎。. Posting on behalf for someone who is a senior AND looks like one too : " Yesterday, on 24 Mar (Tue), I was at Casa Vostra - Raffles City for lunch. It was my first time there. The service staff told me to scan the QR code to place my order. I told her l don't know how to scan to order. Then l asked for the hardcopy menu. She said they do not have any. Then she walked away. I approached the lady manager next and she told me the same, to scan to order and l told her l don't know how to scan to order. l asked her to help me but she was so reluctant... until l insisted....before she finally obliged." *Receipt as attached As a senior who is not IT savvy, she asked how she could reach out to the management to provide her feedback. My advice was to post a Google review online at the restaurant's is by far the best as management can choose to ignore your feedback if you send it privately to them. If management chooses to ignore this review, at least the rest of the world gets to see it. Addio Casa Vostra ! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
