Very disappointed experience. The restaurant was almost empty with only me and another customer. Yet the two young male staffs took unusually long to prepared a simple order. Instead of serving customer, they focused on doing other things slowly like arranging things and counting money at the counter and unwilling to prepare the food. Worst thing is the attitude, they look unfriendly and not welcoming when interacting with me. It looked I caused them inconvenience by ordering the food. Is it because their salary not paid?? The restaurant charged so high but offers low class service as if I owe them a lot of money. I left the restaurant without finishing my food because the service made me loss appetite. Very disgusting. Absolutely irritating. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a really pleasant experience dining at this shop. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a great place to sit down and enjoy everything. The display of cakes looked amazing, and it was honestly hard to choose just one! Me and my friends decided to try a few different slices, and each one was fresh, moist, and full of flavor. The balance of sweetness was just right—not too overwhelming. The presentation was also beautiful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, helping us with recommendations and making sure everything was served nicely. Service was smooth and didn’t take long, even though the shop was a bit busy. Overall, it’s a lovely spot to relax, catch up with friends, or just treat yourself to something sweet. I would definitely come back again to try more of their cakes. I’m another one who feels disappointed with the menu change. This outlet is our all time fav as I stay nearby. And as a ovo lacto vegetarian, there are gd choice of pasta, burgers, I super like the burger patty made of quinoa which is gone now. The service is excellent, staffs are always able to accommodate to change some breakfast items for my diet need. Cakes, bread and pastries are excellent Meal type: Brunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
