Tried the steak foccacia sandwich. Jelak feel. After 1 half, couldn't finish. Truffle fries have very mild truffle taste. Carbonara was so soupy, looked like mushroom soup with pasta. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

Located in the Serangoon Gardens neighbourhood, Apollo Coffee Bar serves up good coffee and seriously satisfying brunch. The Tuna Melt was easily one of the best renditions I’ve had. The tuna mix was beautifully balanced — chunky pieces of tuna with just the right amount of mayo and vegetables. Loved how the bread was generously buttered and toasted till crisp, with tater tots making the perfect side. Also tried one of their classics, the Passion Fruit French Toast. The toast was pillow-soft inside, beautifully buttered and toasted, while the bright acidity from the passion fruit sauce cut through the creamy richness perfectly. Good coffee, great food, and an easy spot for a satisfying weekend brunch. Make reservation few days before for table of 10, they could accommodate and booked for me. Upon arrival, I am early so wait for our tables. They could give us indoor seatings and let us settle down while waiting for my friends to come. Overall nice food and service. Thank you.
