It's just sweet and delicious.
My mates and I got a few sweet delights for dessert last night. My favourite was their strawberry mousse-mochi. A quick bite on the chewy mochi reveals a surprise creamy marshmallow centre with a scope of fresh milk-like dollop.
The legendary fresh cream cake features alternating layers of soft and fluffy sponge cake and Hokkaido fresh cream. The simple lovely cake was topped with strawberries and more cream. The cream was exceptionally light and not airy and irritating to the palate.
Try their cakes and pastries if you want something high in quality but affordable in prices (~$3-5) - and not rudimentary ones made by part time kids
