BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. On 14 Oct Wednesday, I went down to redeem my loave cake groupon deal at triple one somerset at around 2.30pm. Unfortunately, the staff named Audrey told me that the cakes are baking in progress and will only be ready in 3-4 hours time and asked me to call before I come to redeem next time. So I left as I had other errands to run. My boyfriend then called them at 3pm to check the progress and Audrey said it will be ready for collection at 4pm. Then I called again at 4pm sharp to reconfirm if loave cake will ready for collection but the staff named Jackie say no stock left?? And collection is not going to happen. He then proceeded to take down my name, number and the flavour I want (3 walnut choc banana) and said I can collect my order the next day (which is today, 15 oct thurs at 645pm). Fine, I gave them another chance and did not pursue further. Today, to prevent a wasted trip down again, I called at 3.30pm to confirm my order. The staff said yes I can collect my order at 6.45pm. So I rushed down immediately after work but to my horror AGAIN, she said no walnut choc banana but have other flavours??? I was in utter shock. Didn't you tell me that i can call to check on the availability? What's the purpose of calling then? I even pre ordered the flavour I want and called before I headed down again to confirm my order. And yet you said yes but AGAIN my order still did not materialize. Is this the way you guys conduct a business with such bad coordination and service attitude? Rest assured that this will be going to CASE.
