The food was excellent, the service was a little bit spotty, because there was some confusion about what was included with one of the sets that we ordered. Everything that we were delivered was delicious, but we ended up with an abundance of food because of the miscommunication. Inside, there’s nothing special about the ambience at all. I recently had a banana leaf dinner at Chennai to Rangoon Indian Restaurant, and I was truly impressed by the quality and taste. As someone who loves Indian food, I make it a point to try Indian restaurants wherever I travel — and this one stood out. The banana leaf meal here felt authentic, just like the ones I’ve had in Chennai, and it even came with unlimited refills! If you’re looking to enjoy a variety of authentic Burmese and Indian cuisine, I highly recommend visiting Rangoon Indian Restaurant.
