Plain Thosai here is light and delicious I love the green dip, texture like grated coconut but does not have coconut taste. The “curry” dip looks diluted but do not be deceived from the look. It is full with flavor and I love the spice. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Usually not a fan of Indian food, but damn! this place is off the roof! Usually you get overpriced Indian food with oily curry that is cold and disgusting. The Chettinad King is absolutely authentic! You know they are authentic when Indians from India are queuing up for their food! I had the mutton meal set. Taste wise, it was spicy (a lot of pepper), portions were big and it was worth every penny I spent (actually my friend paid, but that's besides the point). Days before I had their idli and thosai! Man their gravy was really really good! I really recommend to everyone who come by this area. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The service here is attentive and welcoming, and the presentation of the dishes is truly appealing. Each plate arrives looking thoughtfully prepared and visually inviting. However, while the overall dining experience is pleasant, the flavors themselves feel somewhat muted and do not fully capture the authenticity one might expect. With a bit more depth and richness in taste, the food could easily match the high standard set by the service and presentation. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
