とても美味しい料理を食べられます。店員さんは英語も大丈夫で、良い接客をしてくれます。子連れで行きましたが、色々な気遣いをしていただけました。特にチャーハンがおすすめです。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$300–350

Chilli Fagara attempts to be a modern take of Sichuan style cuisines in Hong Kong. Located in Central, they offer a wide menu variety across multiple options catering to different groups of people. As with restaurants which have been awarded the Michelin recommendations awards, I find the experience to be ultimately mediocre. Food-wise, offers Sichuan food. I had the mapo Tofu, dan dan noodles and hui guo meat. Overall they were satisfactory, but nothing out of the ordinary. I expected a stronger flavour or depth in their food considering their marketing that they had done very well. The prices of their food was also on the steeper side, I can understand the reasoning with their location and michelin award. Service-wise it was honestly so so. Many waiters there but I felt as if me and my friend were not the target audience. The restaurant attempts to target more international audiences, which does make sense given the lack of authenticity in their food. E.g. some waiters remained speaking in English when I was using Cantonese; some did not speak at all when helping with the wifi; some was rude when asking to move our bags before the incoming party moved in to sit. Overall, disappointing. I hope tourists can find some more authentic flavours here. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $250–300
