Went here with my college friends whe were working here in Singapore. I thought they were only exaggerating when they mentioned the thing about the chili peppers. They ordered mild spicy fish stew, which is served with its built-in heater. Also ordered calamari (forgot the actual name since they were the ones who ordered it), tiger prawnsin cereals, satay veggies and some Tiger beer. I was quite surprised when the fish arrived, then the satay veggies and the calamari and some rice. Perfect for catching up and hanging out with friends over a couple of beers. You wouldn't notice the spice, although it is really spicy overall. Your taste buds will keep looking for that sting in your tongue and that warmth in your chest. The calamari was perfect with beer and the satay veggies was a nice appetizer and fiber as well. The tiger prawns arrived a little late that when it did arrived, we were all quite full with the other dishes. Overall, we were quite satisfied with the experience. Especially since we were tourists and most of its customers are locals, which says a lot about the place.
