We loved this hotel as the service is excellent from all the staff. We used the baggage drop at the beginning and end of our stay so we used all the time we had. Rooms were clean and spacious. It's a 10 minute to the metro. A great pool and pool on the 4th floor. Breakfast had the usual fair but well displayed and cooked. Service: 4

Walking into ParkRoyal on Beach Road for a wedding banquet feels like entering a sleek celebration zone right in the heart of the city. The ballrooms are bright and elegant, with high ceilings and big windows letting in warm light that makes every photo pop. Couples rave about the big open spaces and the modern vibe of the venue, which makes your wedding feel special without being stuffy. Canapés and actual banquet course was very well prepared with no delays at all. Service was also incredibly prompt and efficient. Portions very generous as well. Whether you’re doing a Cantonese banquet menu or a lunch spread, the feedback leans toward tasty and satisfying with no major complaints. Thumbs up to the team! Service: 4
