Great buffet-style food ️ We only stopped here for lunch as part of our tour, but honestly we enjoyed it heaps. Every dish we tried was yum—plenty of variety and something for everyone. Simple, tasty, and hit the spot perfectly. Service: 5

Unacceptable and shocking experience The stay at Chongkhao Resort was absolutely terrible. My guests went through several unacceptable and humiliating situations. On the check-out day, even though the official check-out time was 10:00 a.m., they were forced out of the breakfast area, despite having paid for four nights with four breakfasts included. This is completely disrespectful. Basic amenities such as toilet paper were missing, even after requests. The staff showed no professionalism, no empathy, and no willingness to help. To make things worse, there were fights inside the hotel, creating an unsafe and hostile environment. The facilities are in very poor condition, far below any acceptable standard and nothing like what is advertised. One of the worst hotel experiences ever. Absolutely not recommended. Service: 1
