Nice restaurant, though I only stopped in the Bar. Not a roof top bar but good veiws of Singapore, not the Marina great city veiw. Bring out google maps and identify all the amazing places you can see. Not a lot of window space so pick a good time. I would argue this is a very good tourist spot if you love the city. Fair prices on drinks and snacks. Price per person: SGD 20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Hot garbage. Skip it. No bartender today (it is Saturday night), can’t make martini, ran out of draft beer. This is a bar? Great views but those are available elsewhere. Price per person: SGD 30–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
