Very bad experience. I have never heard that the iced latte is with sugar by default !its really ridiculous.and then they still let us pay the coffee with sugar (just taste a bit )we let them redo it , but it took so long time so we cancelled the coffee. Why is the iced latte should be with sugar but the hot one without sugar?? They said we should tell them no sugar.. ok fine . btw ,it was really slow . Even a cup of coffee took us 30mins to wait. Very bad experience! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. In Thailand, it is common for cafés to prepare iced drinks with a standard level of sweetness (with syrup) unless customers specifically request “no sugar” or “not sweet.” If you prefer your drink without sweetness, please kindly inform our staff when ordering.
