A home away from home in a quiet location just off the Soi, but near to everything. I return here every time I visit. Nicest staff, great food, good coffee and tropical vibes. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, with Netflix available on the TVs. Laundry service is quick and convenient. Service: 5

Second visit, used the hotel as the base for a Mediation Retreat, selected a room this time in Block C a great improvement. Staff as ever very helpful and charming, its always a busy place but has a great ambiance and it’s easy to switch off from the outside world Food - excellent and delivered with a smile Negatives - two of the gym machines not functioning from a computer/screen viewpoint, slightly tired, why not lease and change every three years? The hand rails in Block C need some attention/refurbishment. Asked specifically for a foot massage to concentrate on the pressure points, message either not passed on or lost in translation between front desk and masseuse. I emailed Hotel in English & Thai (3 times) requesting a call from management to discuss these points, such is life! Service: 4
