Below par experience this morning at Classified at The Pulse, paid for a full cup but served a half cup of coffee- felt cheated!! Did complain to the server but I guess she was too busy to listen to the patrons!’

Absolutely unhelpful and no ability to deliver customer service. On the times that I’ve eaten in and it’s not been busy, you have to practically dance and somersault to get someone’s attention. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I asked for a ham sandwich without butter for my child. No can do, despite the fact that they have these ingredients available and it’s on the breakfast menu. The reason offered was that they can’t go off the lunch menu because the chefs are too busy. So if I order a hamburger that takes longer to cook, that’s apparently ok! No where else do I encounter such a “computer says no” attitude than this place. Steer clear - it’s just an overwhelmingly over priced, low quality and unpleasant experience.
