土曜日のお昼に行きました。ショッピングモール内のお店なので、席が空いていれば予約無しでそのまま食事できます。 ニョニャ料理で、ベジタリアンフードと初めての体験でしたが、ココナッツライスやちょっと辛いスープも美味しかったです。 ベジタリアンフードなので本物の肉は無くて、謎肉が使われています。それも意外と美味しかったです。 お店の内装もプラナカンを思わせる雰囲気があり、楽しめました。

Sambal petai fried rice had minimal petai which was a surprise. Kangkung pretty decent. Nyonya yong tau fu is a signature, as is the Kaptan curry which is a must try! Loved the blue pea lemak rice and sambal chilli petai okra from previous visits. Su gu cha has decent portion and vegan, nasi lemak was great, rendang had no curry or zing and was underwhelming. Attracted by the set menu promotion at Coco Veggie Nyonya Cuisine, we decided to dine in on April 2. After reviewing the menu, we opted for à la carte instead, as it offered more variety. We ordered the Vegetarian Asam Fish with steamed rice, Superior Ramen, and dried shrimp okra—the dish that ultimately convinced us to switch, as it looked enticing and turned out to be flavorful. Compared to our last visit, the restaurant has reduced its salt content, which we appreciated. However, we would have preferred the Asam Fish and Ramen to be less oily for a healthier choice, aligning with our preference for lighter meals. It was an enjoyable dining experience until a neighboring diner, possibly overwhelmed by the spiciness, started blowing her nose. I also noticed that, despite the restaurant not being fully occupied, the server seated guests in close proximity. Nonetheless, the environment remained cozy.
