The chip of the places this is sweet balls!strictly speaking, only for them you can come here!The rest of the starting from service and ending with coffee are disappointing!Average bill for 2-30$

Not the most hygienic place. I saw a staff wiping down a spoon to stir the hot chocolate with, with a table cloth. Yucks.
