I ordered 10 takeaway drinks yesterday but was given only 8. Before leaving, I checked with the cashier and was assured that all 10 drinks were included, so I trusted her and left to buy other food for my team. When my colleague returned the next day to inform the outlet, as we were planning to place another order of 10–15 drinks, the staff declined to refund or compensate for the 2 missing drinks. This is not about the value of the two drinks. It is about good business practice, accountability, and customer service. Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds to them often leaves a stronger impression than the mistake itself. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the lack of service recovery and resolution. Visited Coffee Queen and was pleasantly surprised by how good both the coffee and tea were. The flavour was bold and fragrant, yet smooth and easy to drink — the type of quality you don’t always find in small local cafes. Whether you’re stopping by for a morning drink or taking a mid-day break, the beverages here instantly give you that satisfying pick-me-up. Apart from the drinks, the value for money is excellent. Prices are reasonable, and you feel like you’re getting a very good cup without paying a premium. The service was friendly and welcoming as well, which adds to the overall experience and makes you feel comfortable. Coffee Queen doesn’t try to be fancy or complicated. It simply serves great coffee and tea with sincerity and consistency. A solid and reliable stop if you want something good, affordable, and made with care. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
