I visited Coffee Smith for breakfast on 4 July 2026, and I had a wonderful experience thanks to Thuthu. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and handled everything on her own—from taking orders to preparing and serving the food. Even though there were many customers and the café was busy, she stayed calm, efficient, and ensured every order was well prepared. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Her dedication, positive attitude, and excellent service truly made my morning. Thank you, Thuthu, for your hard work and outstanding hospitality. Keep up the great work! Cane here before and this korean lady was so polite and sweet. My second encounter with staff Thu Thu was different. I came to the cashier and was a greeted with a ‘what’ and i asked for what kind of croissant they had she asked me to refer to the menu. Everything with a black face and rude tone. I was surprised with her attitude i didnt have time to react because i was not used to the poor customer service in singapore??

Coffeesmith at Westgate is a dependable spot for late-night Bingsu, especially convenient for those staying in the west of Singapore. The café offers a variety of flavors, each sweet enough to satisfy without being overwhelming. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20
