Very disappointed with my order today. I got the salmon toast for $78 HKD (plus service charge), and it looked completely different from the picture on the ordering app. It was literally just some smoked salmon slapped on dry toast—no butter, no spread, no toppings at all. Extremely dry and nowhere near worth the price. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Coffganic in Wan Chai has quickly become one of my go-to lunch spots. I’ve already visited five times since it opened late last year. They offer a solid line-up of lunch sets (everything from burgers to pastas), but one specific order keeps me coming back. The Cordon Bleu Chicken Carbonara Fusilli Lunghi Bucati is my absolute go-to, and I’ve reordered it multiple times. The long, spiraled fusilli holds the rich, creamy carbonara sauce effortlessly, topped with crispy, savory Cordon Bleu chicken rolls that add a great crunch to the plate. I’m a huge fan of classic egg waffles, so I assumed a "double layer milk" flavor might just be a gimmick. It turned out to be a fantastic surprise. The exterior stays light and crunchy, while the inside is stuffed with a rich, flavorful double-layer milk filling that oozes out with every bite. It’s incredibly filling, so I’d definitely recommend sharing it with a few friends. The Banoffee Latte is a solid iced oat milk drink, though it leaned a little too sweet for my personal taste.
