You guys are horrible. If you cannot handle food delivery, don’t provide that option! My food was supposed to come at 730pm. The grab driver you hired picked th food ip only at 8pm! Food came only at 830pm. Cos fella drove one round without even bothering to call me.
Deplorable delivery sevice. One would think you would have learn a thing or two during CB. But no. DO NOT say you can deliver if food only comes an hour later and COLD.

As far as I don’t normally leave negative feedbacks about restaurants on social media, but this issue is by far the most terrible experience I ever had with LONG JI ZI CHAR. I made an order thru their websites at 4.16pm and it was stated that my order was accepted at 4.19pm. I requested my food to be delivered between 5.30pm-6.30pm. I waited patiently as I know today is special occasion and clashed into Circuit Breaker. But its already 8.30pm with no foods in sights! Called a total of 76 times to them and nobody is picking up the phone, not even a call from them. Has been tracking the deliver status all along but it still under preparation, Zero accountability here and there has been absolutely no way for us to at least cancel the order. Surprisingly I got a call from them at 9.10pm, saying that they had prepared the food long ago but their driver fails to pickup, however they did not take immediate action to get customers informed and why are they only realised the foods was not delivered at 9.10pm??? Just wondering if they can’t cope with the overwhelming orders and walked-in customers, why do they still accepting orders? Extremely irresponsible and utterly disappointed with their poor work ethic.

Am impressed by the service. Returned my call when they did not pick up earlier. Ordered online, procedure was clear and easy, tracking and updates on delivery were provided via SMS, and food arrived punctually. Food (includong their signature crab beehoon) was tasty even after delivery. Thumbs up.
