Ordered a crispy chicken cutlet, got a disappointed chicken in turn. Chicken cutlet was cold and extremely soggy. Bill says freshly served hot and irony is the food was very cold served

While the food are lovely and tasty.. sevice counter staff should be well prepared to handle walk in especially they are located in NuH where 70% of those who are are elderly. Simply saying "u came during peak period you wait." to an old man who only know how to do cash transit is rude. Please educate your service team , you are doing well hence additional manpower at the counter doesnt kill Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
