Tucked in a corner of Circuit Road, this spot serves well-executed waffle-mochi and a unique 年糕 waffle, paired with my pick of fragrant, not-too-sweet ice cream—nutty black sesame and delicately floral osmanthus that really elevates the whole bite. Their matcha biscotti is rich and well-balanced, with an immersive depth of flavour that lingers nicely.

Decided to give Crazy Scoops a try for the first time and we really enjoyed their ice creams on waffle. I really liked that their ice creams had texture which is such a treat as most places just keep theirs flat. We ordered the honeycomb and Kit Kat chocolate which had a fantastic crunch - totally loved both flavours. The waffle was interesting as it had chocolate in between it however it wasn't as molten as the description, but they gave us additional chocolate sauce to pour over for added sweetness, if you want.
