Been a regular customer - always buying their cake as I find it to be soft and nice. However recently they increased the price of their cakes to $5.20. Previously it was less than $5. Appreciate it if the bakery could have been more transparent, informing customers of the increase in price. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I've been to this bakery about 5 times now. The food is okay at best. I had a bad encounter with one of their cashiers I've never met before. I asked for two items and she couldn't understand me and gave me one then when I clarified at the counter, she complained about me right to my face. I can understand frustration, but there were no other customers and it takes less than 3 seconds to reinput the amount, so I didn't understand this reaction. I honestly felt so discouraged and started grabbing the items before she could bag them because I just wanted to leave. Service: Takeaway Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Living in Mayfair, I always get my usual banana cake from C’rius Bake. It was usually fluffy and full of ripe banana. However recently the standards has dropped, the cake is too moist and dense, perhaps from the overused of butter. Hopefully the management will read this review.

Hi Leia, thank you for your review! We do not use butter for our banana cake. However, we do recognise your comments on our banana cake and will look into the matter to better improve our products consistency with our bakers.
