If you are looking for the best of Thai bean blended, I don’t think they appreciate the flavor and their Americano is over extracted and too much bitterness! Can drink but will not purposely come back the coffee Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Dear Customer,Thank you for your valuable feedback. We sincerely apologize that our Americano fell short of your expectations due to over-extraction and excessive bitterness. We take coffee quality very seriously, and your comments regarding the flavor profile have been shared directly with our barista team to adjust and improve our brewing parameters. We appreciate your honesty and hope to have the opportunity to serve you a much better cup in the future.Best regards,Roots
