DIMPLE feels like one of those spots you almost miss if you’re not looking for it, tucked quietly inside a hotel lobby along Purvis Street. Once you’re in, the vibe flips into a cosy speakeasy with warm lighting and a chill, intimate setup. Many would go for nutmeg & clove just few shops down but this is a decent alternative. Cocktails are the main event. Expect fruit forward creations that are easy to drink but still layered and interesting. The menu is thoughtfully organised by strength, so even if you’re not a cocktail expert, it’s pretty easy to find something you’ll enjoy. Service is friendly and personal, which matches the small, close knit setting. Great place for a date or a low key catch up where you actually want to hear each other talk. Only downside is the entrance can feel a bit random since it shares space with the hotel reception, but once you settle in, it grows on you. Solid spot if you’re into craft cocktails without the loud crowd. Reservations recommended. Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
