The Single Cask is a great whisky bar with a very cool selection of their own single cask bottlings. The staff are super friendly and genuinely knowledgeable, with tons of insider insight from being both an independent bottler and barrel broker—and this being their flagship bar, they have plenty of great industry stories to share. The half-price whisky flights during happy hour are especially worth it and make it a fun, approachable place to try interesting casks without breaking the bank.

The tasting flights are thoughtfully curated and come with great insight into the history and flavour profiles of each whisky. The space itself is intimate and stylish, perfect for quiet evenings or small gatherings with friends.
