Time: Noon on Sun 24 May, 2026 I ordered a hot long black, but received espresso over room-temperature water instead. Furthermore, even though this stand is located in a resident-exclusive area, I wasn't asked if I qualified for the resident discount. When I brought it up, the barista had to check their device to look up the details. Overall, they seemed to lack any passion for the coffee or the customers. Located at the lobby of a service apartment/ hotel, DIO is not a traditional bar. Their menu is crafted with creativity and pays homage to the Hong Kong culinary culture, offering a wide selection of cocktails with local ingredients, tipped off with interesting names of local cuisine. The bartender would explain in detail before serving every drink, which adds to the experience. The only downside to this bar is the environment, where there were many residents and delivery guys walking by. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $200–250
