surprised by the low reviews, frequent here minimally once a month and so far always pleasant staff. always crowded during visit as its on weekend morning. always getting the tau sai piah savoury ones as tbe filings is super fragrant and the skin is crispy and flaky. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding an incident that occurred this morning, 20 December 2025, at DJ Bakery, located at Blk 258 Bukit Panjang Ring Road, #01-38, S670258. My family and I are long-standing and regular customers of DJ Bakery. We have consistently chosen your bakery over others due to the positive service experiences we have had in the past. Previous staff members, including a friendly Malay female staff member, have always demonstrated professionalism and courtesy, which is why we remained loyal customers. However, during this morning’s visit, my mother encountered a young Chinese female staff member whose attitude was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Of particular concern, the staff member repeatedly encouraged us to “go ahead and file a complaint,” delivering this remark multiple times in a confrontational manner. This conduct was deeply disheartening and clearly fell below the acceptable standards of customer service expected of your establishment. Such behavior suggests a lack of effective oversight and accountability. It gives the impression that staff feel able to act in this manner because previous customer complaints and feedback have not resulted in appropriate corrective action. When issues are not addressed decisively, it inevitably leads to repeated misconduct and erodes customer confidence in the business. This incident has caused significant disappointment to my family, particularly given our long-term loyalty to DJ Bakery. I respectfully request that management conduct a thorough review of this matter and take appropriate steps to address the conduct involved. I also expect clear assurance that measures will be implemented to prevent similar incidents in the future. Should this matter remain unaddressed, I reserve the right to escalate the issue to higher management or relevant supervisory channels for further review. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
