Hidden within Fairmont Singapore, DOMO brings together modern Japanese robatayaki with a subtle European twist, creating a dining experience that feels both refined and comforting at the same time We went for the DOMO Signature Tasting Menu ($88++ per person, min. 2 diners) The meal started with the Salmon Tataki paired with Dijon Mustard Miso and finished with a balsamic glaze. The Tuna Sashimi Taco was light and refreshing too, with creamy avocado, Greek feta and roasted tomato salsa. Next came the Pork & Seafood Gyoza with Scallion Ponzu, followed by the Crispy Halibut with Yuzu Truffle Sauce For mains, the Robata Beef Tenderloin with grilled asparagus was nicely done, served with a rich truffle teriyaki sauce to pair with the smoky flavours from the robata grill. The Truffle Mushroom Baked Rice was comforting and fragrant, especially if you enjoy earthy mushroom flavours. Dessert ended the meal on a refreshing note with the Honey & Mint Umeshu Macerated Strawberries alongside Mango Passionfruit Sorbet Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 100+ Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Maybe I just tried the wrong things but the food was honestly quite subpar for me apart from the salmon tataki. Vegetarian tacos were ok, didn’t like that the halibut was deep fried tbh, beef was quite meh (wasn’t asked for the steak doneness either). Dessert was even more of a disappointment rly just a chocolate cake with some cream. However the service was amazing - we were truly very very well taken care of. And love the deco!! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

DOMO Modern Japanese Restaurant is a hidden gem! The ambience is stunning, the food is superb, and the prices are incredibly affordable. A must-visit for any Japanese food lover. I ordered the Executive Sashimi Set and it comes with DOMO salad and look at the generous serving of the salad . And for the sashimi, it’s very fresh. I got to know that this used to be Mikuni and the new owner - Rose has took over the space n revamped into a much spacious dining experience. If you're looking for an authentic Japanese dining experience without the hefty price tag, DOMO is the way to go. - Sharon.
