The most preferred Nanyang (traditional local) coffee stall we went to in this hawker center. The coffee aroma is strong, and the aftertaste lingers. Personally, I like the Yuan Yang — not many kopi stalls can get the balance right between tea and coffee, in terms of taste, aroma, and the silkiness from the milk. Despite the long queue, it moves fast, yet the quality of the kopi is still there. Noticed the long queue at Da Zhong Café and decided to join in for a cup of kopi C. Totally worth the wait — strong, robust, and full-bodied, just the way traditional kopi should be.
