もともと豊前裏打会のうどんが大好きで、香港でも食べられると知って期待して訪れました。 豊前裏打会ならではの半透明の美しい麺。もちもちしていながらも、しっかりとしたコシがあって、噛むほどにウマい！ だしのうまみがしっかり効いていて、この麺との相性が抜群！ 香港で本場の豊前裏打会の味に出会えるなんて感動です。間違いなく香港で一番おいしいうどん屋さんです！！. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered a beef udon ($88), added a portion of beef ($40), and seaweed ($20). 80% of all the beef is fat, only 20% is actual meat. Nowhere in the menu says “fat beef”/肥牛.
