虽然没有冬天，但不能少了一顿炸鸡&啤酒 这家店我觉得是除了bhc之外，非常正宗的韩国炸鸡 它家的氛围也超级好，也超级适合喜欢啤酒的小伙伴 【Daily Beer (Chijmes)】 - 30 Victoria St, #01-04 CHIJMES, Singapore 187996 （它家在Telok Ayer也有一家店，大家就近选择） 推荐菜品 1. 【Angry Bird - black&red】 - 这两个都是裹酱的炸鸡，炸的酥脆的外壳裹满了酱汁 - 甜辣酱和甜酱油酱汁，跟我在韩国吃的味道一样 - 裹酱的吃多了会有点腻哦 2. 【 Angry bird- Crunch】 - 这款会更加的crispy，一定要选Wings - 一口下去汁水四溢，超级无敌的嫩[害羞R] - 它上面撒了一种粉，类似于芝士，泡菜，海苔之类的混合在一起，超级香 3. 【kimchi cheese ball】 - 外面撒了泡菜粉的芝士球，我每次都一点会点 - 奶香十足的拉丝芝士 没有人可以拒绝吧[偷笑R] 4. 【Yuzu Highball】 - 柚子苏打混合着韩国烧酒，酒味不会很重，酸酸甜甜的很好喝[害羞R] 它家已经成为我吃韩国炸鸡的首选餐厅了，唯一美中不足的就是他家没有腌的白萝卜[哭惹R] Even though Singapore doesn’t have winter, you still need a good meal of Korean fried chicken & beer! I think this place is the most authentic Korean fried chicken I’ve had in Singapore aside from BHC. The atmosphere is amazing too—especially great for anyone who loves beer! Angry Bird – Black & Red • Both are sauce-coated fried chicken with a super crispy exterior drenched in sauce. • The sweet & spicy sauce and sweet soy sauce taste exactly like the ones I had in Korea. • But heads up—saucy chicken can get a bit heavy if you eat too much. 2. Angry Bird – Crunch • This one is extra crispy, and you must choose wings • One bite and the juices burst out—insanely tender and delicious. • It’s topped with a powder blend that tastes like a mix of cheese, kimchi, and seaweed—super fragrant! 3. Kimchi Cheese Ball • Cheese balls coated in kimchi powder —I order this every single time. • The stretchy, creamy cheese inside… who could ever say no? 4. Yuzu Highball • A refreshing mix of yuzu soda and Korean soju. • Light on alcohol, sweet and citrusy—so easy to drink! ⸻ This place has officially become my go-to for Korean fried chicken in Singapore.
