My brother ordered a pizza online for $570, and I got two drinks at $5 each, so the total was clearly $580. But when I paid, the cashier (an older man) told me it was $680 because of "service charges" – except he couldn't even explain what those charges were. I was confused but I just paid and left. On my way home, I called my brother to confirm, and he told me, "No, it's $580." So I went all the way back to the restaurant and told the cashier what my brother said. He didn't apologize, didn't admit his mistake – he just handed me my $100 change with this rude attitude, like I was the one bothering him. I have no issue paying service charges – I get that – but basic respect and a simple "sorry" cost nothing. Double-check your total before paying here, because the staff clearly won't help you if something's wrong. 1/5 – not going back. Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1
