Salmon + Rösti = a match made in brunch heaven! Tried the Salmon & Rösti at Dewgather, and it absolutely delivered. The salmon was perfectly cooked with crispy skin and tender, flaky flesh, while the golden rösti stole the show with its irresistibly crisp exterior and soft, comforting centre. Paired with peppery rocket leaves, pickled beetroot, and a creamy sauce that tied everything together beautifully. Simple ingredients, executed well. The outdoor area is a very comfortable space to catch up with friends (the indoor section is a bit cold). Overall, the food is good but I felt that some components of their dishes are too heavily seasoned - scrambled eggs are quite salty (and can be more runny) and the miso cured salmon was too sweet. A bit pricey. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Good brunch spot! Everything we ordered was quite tasty. Hummus with tomatoes was pleasant. There are healthier options available on the menu too. The avo toast bread had a big hole under the salmon but other than that everything else was good. We had to request butter separate from the waffles/bread (note, additional charge on butter). The staff are chill and friendly. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
