I wouldn't dine in at any outlets anymore as today experience is quite unsatisfied to be honest. I know set lunch portion is small but the vegetables are for like 1 pax portion and it's more on the cold side. And another main thing is the waiting time for the food. According to order sheet paper, the timing keyed in is 1:29PM. Last dish come out was at 1:46PM. And sitting at a table number 51. First dish came out was meat dish with 2 rice, and subsequently every 5 mins later, different dish came out. Meat, tea, appetisers, vegetable then egg dish. And literally another 5min later, one of the staff proceed my bill which i never asked for as I'm still eating. And i saw table 72 haven even serve finished the food, already ask customer to pay for the bill. I don't think this system work like this as customer will feel that you are rushing and chasing customer to eat and go. That's not a restaurant service anymore. So skip to waiting for my card, i also wait for more then 5min,again. While waiting stupidly, i saw that specific asking mostly all table to proceed the payment one shot. So is like holding to every table customer's card. After i give up waiting, i went to the cashier and ask for my card, the transaction had already done since 1:56pm and literally placed beside the cashier table while i waited until 2:02pm.
