We booked this place for a special anniversary dinner, expecting a memorable experience given its reputation as a 5-star luxury hotel. Unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. There was no small gesture to acknowledge the occasion—no complimentary dessert, drink or even a simple mention from the staff to make the evening feel special. The food itself was average and the waiting time was longer than expected. Additionally, the bar snack menu was presented alongside the dinner menu, which caught our interest but when we tried to order from it, we were told it wasn’t available. This was confusing and poorly managed—if items aren’t available, they shouldn’t be listed. On a positive note, the service staff were polite. However, overall, from a hospitality perspective, we expected much more for such a special occasion. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿2,000+ Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
