Simon, Your review is misleading and omits important context. You reported a concern regarding possible bed bugs, despite no other guests in the same dorm reporting any similar issue before, during, or after your stay. Nevertheless, we took your complaint seriously and relocated you immediately. Despite claiming the hostel was unacceptable, you then chose to extend your stay for additional nights. You also demanded a full refund and requested that we wash your personal clothing free of charge. As you had been relocated promptly, continued staying at the hostel voluntarily, and no evidence supporting your claims was found, these demands were declined. We also fail to see the relevance of referring to the owner as “some random Scottish guy,” as nationality has absolutely nothing to do with the situation.
