I placed an order and selected a scheduled delivery time of 6:30pm. When my order had still not arrived by 7:00pm, I checked the order status, which incorrectly showed that it had already been delivered. I called the Kebun Baru Domino’s branch and spoke to Sir Akim, who told me that the rider had just left the restaurant carrying 6 orders and that my delivery would take about another hour. Approximately 50 minutes later, with still no sign of my order, I called the branch again and spoke to the same staff member. This time, he again told me that the rider had just left with 8 orders and that it would take about another hour. At this point, I questioned how he could confidently give me another estimated delivery time when he had not even asked for my name, order number, or any details to identify my order. Only then did he say he would check, before admitting that he actually had no idea where the rider was and that he was unable to track the delivery. What I find unacceptable is that he was comfortable repeatedly telling customers to “wait another hour” without even knowing the actual status of the order. If he genuinely did not know, he should have been honest from the beginning instead of giving inaccurate information. Although he claimed he could not check the rider’s location, he was able to provide me with the rider’s contact number and simply asked me to contact the rider myself. As a customer, I should not have to coordinate my own delivery because the restaurant is unable to do so. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told the manager was “busy.” I then called the rider. His immediate response was that there was a roadblock. I replied that I could easily drive from Yio Chu Kang to Kebun Baru to verify whether there was actually a roadblock. His response was, “Don’t be like that, you’re disturbing my job.” When I asked for his name, Sir Kamaruddin said, “You can complain me lah, don’t disturb me.” Food: 1 Service: 1

Ordered online for delivery, indicated waiting time was 1.5 hrs but in fact only got the pizza after 3 hrs of waiting. It was already 9pm when the food finally arrived COLD. On top of that, the cheese smells bad too! I would have given zero stars in this review if I could.Long waiting time? Okay fine at least we thought Domino's pizza taste great so it was worth the wait. But after waiting everyone was so hungry and still had to bear with terrible food??? Hello what is this??? So disappointing!!!Horrible experience with Domino's pizza Kebun Baru outlet. A free regular pizza is not even enough to compensate us as there is no guarantee that the free pizza received will even be great...
