I ordered through the platform, but they delivered to the wrong unit and asked me to collect it myself. When I opened the food, there was already a cockroach inside the plastic bag！ Really disappointed. They’ll probably have to shut down soon. Even though the food arrived quickly, it didn’t taste good at all. Food: 1

We showed up at the outlet after waiting 2.5 hours for our order (no response to multiple phone calls), only to be greeted by a spectacularly rude and unpleasant staff member. When we told her that there were children at a birthday party who hadn’t eaten, she yelled back that she also hadn’t eaten yet. Done with Domino’s for good. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently did a pick up order from Domino's Pizza Bedok North, and I was thoroughly impressed! The pizza came out hot and on time, with perfectly melted cheese and delicious toppings. The crust was crispy and cooked just right. The staff were friendly and helpful. Domino's delivers great taste and convenience. Highly recommend for a quick and satisfying meal!
