One of the worker was rude when I tried to check in if our order was ready and he got mad. He did NOT infact mentioned that the wait time was 25 minutes, infact he didn’t mention AT ALL. All I did was check up if the food was done and the worker responded rudely instead of being polite. if this happens again I would highly not come here anymore and wouldn’t recommend to anyone May others not come across these type of workers. If this happens again this will lose its name AND place. I’m very disappointed and I’m no longer willing to go at all reading everyone’s review made me realise that I shouldn’t have order from this place. Unacceptable also, the cheese on my cheese pizza tasted weird. Weird not in a bad or good way but it left an aftertaste. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I placed a pick up order for 4 regular pizzas for some guests on 22 March at 8.19pm. There was no warning of a longer waiting time due to high demands. And yet, after an hour, the live pizza tracker still showed the pizzas were still not in the oven. As the guests were already leaving, I called the outlet to cancel the order. The first call went unanswered and subsequent calls stated "line busy". With no other choice, I headed out to the outlet to try to cancel the order while still calling the outlet in case the order is getting prepared. By the time I arrived, the pizzas were unfortunately already in the oven. And there was no staff available to speak to (3 staff in the kitchen and 1 chinese female lady pretending to be busy checking some stuff so as not to deal with the other customers and riders waiting). While the phone line kept showing busy, I did not see anyone on the phone. So I can only assume the outlet did not accept calls on purpose to avoid orders cancellation. I left with the 4 regular pizzas 1 hour 22 mins after placing the order, to come back to an empty home. This will be my last order from Domino's. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I didn't visit the reviews here but when i just did, it all makes sense now. My god, so many 1 stars?! Guess adding 1 more won't hurt. I ordered 3 items. How hard can it be. Usually overlooking small details ok la forget it cos it does happens(reality ya) at times but super jialat leh, all 3 orders wrong. Idk want to laugh or what else, totally jaw dropping. 1) Cheese bowl cano become dk what banana bowl, lol? 2) Classified chicken became chickenless. Literally just cheese alone, wow?! 3) Haiwain paradise completely looking different from the photo on the website, huh? 4) Changed one to new york crust while the other remained un-edited but both came as thin crust, power?!? I mean how jialat also not jialat until like that la. Kindly refund with a sense of urgency. Update: Already reported via website as soon as i recieved the food but of course needless to say, no response after the 1st response. Standard pre-formatted message to reply even for here. Got so pathetic or not. 3 days of ghosting people. Customer service lousy also not lousy until like that la. Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
