Ordered my pizza online at 3.30pm, indicated for delivery to be made by 6.30pm. By 7pm, food not here, status shown order completed. No where to track if my ordered is cooked or picked up by driver. Called the branch many times, when the person finally picked up at 7.30pl, told me pizza is ready but no rider. They also waiting for rider.....????? End up my brother had to drive there to pick up our food, no compensation given.... Not a pleasant experience and wouldn't want to experience it again. Went to the website to search for ways to lodge the case, manged to find 'feedback' only. Wrote feedback....but....am not sure if the feedback will be taken seriously...haizzzzz Food: 3 Service: 2

Ordered online and head over for collection. Fuss-free, and super deal of $7.99 for a regular pizza. Crew was helpful to identify your order and u can collect Pizza taste awesome as usual Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Vegetarian options: Yes, available

Ordered food delivery via foodpanda today at 6.10pm. until now still not yet receive my food. number at the store not reachable and cannot cancel order. There write will be delivered by the restaurant but at 9.10pm send me a notification will deliver by grab express. At the end the grab driver cancelled the order also. Terrible service. Will blacklist this restaurant. UNTIL NOW 10.33PM NOT YET RECEIVED THE FOOD Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
