delivery app not accurate, stated that order was complete but it didnt arrive until 10 mins later. when it arrived, the pizzas were in unpresentable condition like the photo. i believe there shouldve been those 3-pronged plastic stand things also to keep the pizza in shape and the box from getting squashed, but there wasnt. Food: 3 Service: 2

Dishonest business. Ordered 2 Classified Chicken pizza via Foodpanda and when I opened up the chicken bits was switched to chicken ham. Chicken ham was sour and tastes bad. When I called the restaurant, they gave excuses saying they are too busy hence forgot to call me to inform about the ingredients being out of stock. They promised a refund, both the staff and the outlet manager. It has been 2 weeks but no refund received. Outlet manager also promised that someone will reach out to me but no one reached out. They expect customer to keep calling them to ask for update. Irresponsible. If you do not have the chicken bits in stock, close the selection in Foodpanda and don’t sell it. Not switching out ingredients to cheat your customer. Will never order Dominos again. Pizza Hut has better customer service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1

Tracker is not accurate, lines to call the shop to check progress dont work. Ordered at 2pm, food was not delivered. Management is insincere with the claims to change (just see the template copy/paste responses on every review). At least pretend to read the negative reviews instead of the same template responses. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $70–80
