I have made an online order yesterday 9/3/26 for delivery at 18:30. While prompt delivery, the outlet has missed out on one of the pizzas: 12” hand tossed chili chicken The delivery driver had dropped off the delivery on the shoe rack and went off before we could check the order. I have tried to contact the outlet multiple times but nobody seems to want to pick up the phone. The food ordered is needed for breaking fast for the family. Tried to email Dominos too but no reply til now. The lack of customer support from Dominos is disappointing Food: 4 Service: 1

I’d give negative stars if I could coz honestly, they deserve nothing. Ordered pizza for take away and promised time was 630 pm. While waiting for over an hour, several customers were asking for updates but the staff completely ignored all queries and hid in the kitchen. A grab delivery person waited for over 1h 30 mins and just wanted to get an approximate timing but the Malay lady and Chinese man working on 21/3/26 around 7 pm yelled at him multiple times. Terrible customer service. My order was ready more than an hour past the promised time with no option for cancellation or refund. And this isn’t the first time!! The previous time I ordered from this outlet, the same thing happened but at least the staff bothered to address waiting customers and allowed cancellation and refund for those who couldn’t wait any longer. Please allow for a cancellation option online if the order is going to be delayed by more than 30 mins. At the very least, please train your staff to handle such situations professionally. Pizza was subpar Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered pizza for pick up. Allocated time was 6.45pm. We reached outlet at 6.30pm for self collection. Waitied for 30 minutes before being told that our order will take another 20 mins to make. Excuse me, it is ramadhan we are fasting how unreasonable and inconsiderate can you be for you to delay ppl's breakfast food. Unbelievable. Looking at the rest of the comments as well i think its not the first time that this incident had occured. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
