Would give zero stars if I can.. state that order has been delivered at 11.08am it is already 12.17 still nothing... call the outlet they say system error that is why it states delivered... wait awhile more... best of all after using different numbers to call back number is unavailable.. most likely plug the line off... what kind of attitude and service is this.... delay in delivery is acceptable... but lying to ur customers without checking with the driver and being rude is something that is really unacceptable... who is the service staff that is working at 10 May 26 11-12... it's the same lady who picked up the phone and hung up.. I would like to complain that lady.... Dominoes continue to disappoint again despite different outlets still the same disappointing experience, service.. it is already the 3rd time they failed to deliver or even update their customers... always say system error... I didn't know system error can also affect the staff to be rude and also plug off the line... I do not blame the delivery man I know they are always packed... we just want to know the time of delivery even if it is late or maybe the delivery man delivered wrongly... but instead we get the best of service... well done Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Do not order from this outlet at all!! Was informed that delivery rider was out for delivery at 6.15pm but food only arrived at 7.45pm and was completely cold. Obviously rider went to do some personal errands because no way the food coild have went cold from shop to my house. No accountability at all. Avoid this outlet Price per person: SGD 70–80 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
