Order at your own risk Ordered 2 regular pizzas at 6.57pm (estimated time arrival stated before 7.30pm) 7.30pm, status of order, still in oven 7.45pm, status of order, still in oven 8.00pm, status of order, still in oven 8.05pm, status of order, out for delivery (FINALLY RIGHT??) 8.06pm, status of delivery, marked as completed (went to open the door to check and see NOTHING, not even a single soul) 8.30pm, STILL NOTHING AND ITS JUST 2 PIECES OF REGULAR PIZZAS At this point of time, made more than 10 calls to the store and not even 1 call was picked up. A few occasion where the line was busy and couldn’t call through. Husband went to the store and store assistant just said that it’s on the way.. ON THE WAY TO WHERE? JOHOR??? Joke of the day, was asked to leave feedback on my order for late delivery to request for cancellation. Seriously leh, I ordered this for my 2 kids and now at 8.38pm still no pizza. Have to find alternative solutions because pizza is still on the way to nowhere. Ate dominos elsewhere and even in Indonesia, not as poor as this level of this service. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1

Extremely Disappointed with Domino's Pizza Holland I ordered a Ssamjeang Supreme pizza, expecting the warm, delicious experience. Instead, I received a cold, unappetizing disappointment. Not only was the pizza cold upon arrival, but it was also left unattended at my doorstep without any notification. This complete disregard for customer interaction prevented me from addressing the issue on the spot. To make matters worse, the pizza itself was incorrect. I paid a premium for a Supreme pizza, expecting a variety of meat toppings as advertised. What I got was a pizza completely lacking in meat, a blatant deviation from my order. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of response from the store. Attempts to reach them by phone have been fruitless, leaving me with no recourse to address my grievances directly. This experience has significantly lowered my opinion of Domino's. Poor service, incorrect orders, and a complete lack of customer support are not what you expect from a reputed brand like Domino's.
