Pickup store purposely doesnt have a bell. Waited 15 minutes at the place when order is "ready for pickup" Makcik listening to radio and ignoring the customer at the counter. Drops the order off at the table without even showing her face - hence there was 0 customer service Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Order placed on 7 Apr 2026 at 11:03 (Delivery, West Coast outlet) was NEVER DELIVERED. What’s worse is there was zero communication throughout. I called the outlet multiple times (more than a dozen times) — no one picked up. Not a single update, no delay notice, nothing. No refund even! If this is how orders are handled, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this outlet / from Domino's in its entirety. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a great experience ordering from the Domino’s Pizza West Coast branch. The delivery was very fast and the food arrived warm and fresh. The staff even called to check and confirm my order, which I really appreciated. They were friendly, patient, and very trustworthy throughout the process. Special thanks to Mr Raja and Mr Rejab for their excellent service. Their professionalism made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!
