I had a very positive experience at this Domino’s outlet. The dining area was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for customers. Special thanks to Manager Ahmad Khairi and the team for their courteous, attentive, and professional service. The pizza was prepared to a high standard and met the consistent quality expected from Domino’s. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit, and I commend the team for their dedication to delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards of quality. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered via grab at 11pm on 12 April. Gave me chicken bites instead of the mushroom soup I ordered. I understand if there is suddenly OOS moments but could’ve called me to ask. Also, my 1.5L bottled green tea isn’t included in the order as well. I paid like, $5 for it. I’m lazy to go down that’s why I’m ordering from you for a few more extra bucks right?? I called when I received the missing items order but no one picked up, and I called again the next day (13 April) and still no one picked up. I would like for my green tea to be refunded. Service: 2

Visited Domino@ Sumang Lane today. I ordered pick up collection at 5.30pm its 5.38pm not ready yet. Inefficient. 6 Staff but very unprofessional. Very displeased and disappointed. Its not my first time here and their customer service is bad. There is a man with black raincoat, probably a delivery man, he was very arrogant and rude. It make my experience as a consumer very unpleasant. @Domino pls train your staff well and ensure good conduct. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
