Do not order from this store. I placed my order at 8.50 on Foodpanda (which said delivery within 30-40mins). Since I’ve had a bad experience with Dominos in the past I called them to check on the delivery time at around 9.10 to which an extremely rude agent answered the phone and said it will take 2 hours for delivery) I asked to cancel the order as I couldn’t wait. They wanted my bank account number for the refund. I refused to give it as I ordered it off Foodpanda and I should get the refund through them. She then went on to say she will cancel the order and I will not get a refund. I hung up. Tried contacting Foodpanda, to which they have agents replying giving me generic responses. (Saying they cannot cancel the order) 3 hours later, no pizza, no cancellation, no refund. Reached out to Foodpanda again and another automated agent responded saying the order is cancelled and a refund is processed. (It didn’t come to my payment original method but in Pandapoints) this is an utter scam by Dominos and Foodpanda. I will raise a police case regardless against Dominos and Foodpanda. (Have recorded the call and screenshot all messages)

I placed an order through Foodpanda, and the food was not delivered after an hour. I called them and was picked up by someone with an Indian accent. That lady answered my question with a very, very poor attitude. Will not return. Service: 1
