we did mobile order for 12.45 and we arrived on time. the order showed that it was completed but the workers insisted it was not ready. we could clearly see on the counter the three pizzas we had ordered and when we tried to ask again we were ignored by the rude staff. after waiting a while longer, i finally asked again and pointed out my order on the counter. we asked about three times in total and the workers were visibly annoyed when we asked them to check if those pizzas were ours. when they realised it was ours they seemed annoyed and did not even offer any sign of apology and instead dismissively passed us our order and went back to work. we understand that they might have been busy but they literally made no effort to serve us or listen to us at all. if we had not repeatedly spoken up, how long would we have waited for our pizza while it was literally on the counter all along. please hire workers who make an effort to be of service Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great experience at this outlet! Ordered my Personal pan (with coke zero) and Regular for a total just under $15 (classified chic). I ordered it at a pick up time for 1.45pm but i went there slightly earlier and they were done cooking! Super efficient ! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
